He was a visiting faculty of ICFAI to conduct Personal & Organizational Effectiveness Workshop for the corporate and guest faculty of DR.MCHRD Institute of AP. He did his schooling from Sainik School and graduated from IHM Mumbai, the best Hotel Management Institute in India. He served Taj Group and the Ambassador Group in India before leaving to Australia for further studies. In Australia he finished Bachelor and Master in Hotel Management from ‘The Hotel School’, which is a joint venture of Southern Cross University & Hotel Inter-Continental, Sydney. He has also successfully completed the programme “Become a Life Coach” in Australia.

The hotel management career gave him the opportunity to deal with the celebrities, VIPs and head of states. He was one of the supervisors during Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games. In Sydney he served in various hospitality organizations such as Hotel Inter-Continental, Harbourview Hotel, Opera House and Stadium Australia (Olympic Stadium). He has been awarded with Outstanding Customer Service at all the places of his work. After hospitality industry he switched over his career to sales and training. He got the award of Ten Club Champion while he was with Orange, Hutchison Telecom (Australia) and Top performing Team Leader from AMEX (Australia). As he performed very well in his sales job, he was asked to train the fellow employees at both the places in sales & attitude, and that was the beginning of his training career. He has been training, coaching and mentoring for more than 10 years. He specialises in Managerial Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Public Speaking and Selling Strategies training programmes.
